SHIPPING POLICY

At Guiltchip, we strive to deliver your favourite guilt-free snacks quickly, safely, and efficiently.
 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).​

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier conditions.
     

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.

  • A flat shipping charge of ₹49 is applicable on orders below ₹499.
     

Non-Delivery

If we are unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order will be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, since our products are perishable and food-grade, we follow a strict no-return policy with the following exceptions:

Eligible Return/Replacement Conditions:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The package is damaged/tampered

  • The product is expired or stale on arrival

To initiate a return or replacement, please:

  1. Email us at support@guiltchip.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order ID, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Not Eligible For Return:

  • Taste preference or change of mind

  • Opened or partially consumed products

  • Products not in original condition
